Job summary

M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Pottsville, PA for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm–7am). This role focuses on protecting people and property, with weekly pay and a clear path to growth.

You will deliver courteous customer service, monitor CCTV, observe and report activity, and respond to incidents. Requirements include being 18+, a HS diploma or GED, legal work status, and passing drug/background checks; state license is a plus and assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance available to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
