Job summary

M1 Global is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Hagerstown, MD to deliver outstanding service at client sites. You will monitor CCTV, observe and report activities, and produce accurate daily activity reports.

We offer Weekly Pay, competitive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) and opportunities to obtain state security licenses with company support. You must be at least 18, have a GED, be authorized to work in the United States, and pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; we can help you obtain it.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
