Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and access points.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report per procedures.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain logs of patrols and events.
