Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in West Sacramento, CA. You will patrol and monitor a media/tech site, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining secure access control and accurate logs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service orientation, and comfort using computers or tablets, with a focus on safety and professional communication in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a media and technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production or office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations, incidents, and post-related concerns.
