Allied Universal in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Support to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Shifts are night-time, full-time, at a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The role requires 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and a high school diploma, with a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials and visitor/driver authorization, and maintain entry and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Support orderly truck, trailer, and delivery activity by observing traffic and reporting hazards.
