Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Weslaco, TX. You will provide security, perform regular patrols, and assist with access control while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The role offers a daytime-friendly schedule at a manufacturing site, with a starting pay of $12.00 per hour. You will work as part of a reliable, community-focused team that emphasizes integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor entry records per site procedures.
• Report hazards, equipment concerns, and security issues to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
