Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed CPR Patrol in Jeffersonville, IN. The role focuses on patrolling, deterring incidents, and delivering excellent customer service to a technology-focused site.

The position requires CPR/First Aid certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent, and passing a background check and drug screen where permitted.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology-focused location by following site policies and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials per site procedures, report irregularities to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following escalation procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents, communicating findings to Allied Universal supervision.
