Qualifications

• State/local licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the technology-focused site, interiors, exteriors and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor credentials; reportUnauthorized activity per site policies.
• Prepare detailed activity reports, incident documentation and shift communications.
