Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Compliance Security Officer in Bristol, IN. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and security protocols.

Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents in required reports and inform leadership.
