Job summary

A & Associates is seeking an attentive Unarmed Security Officer to monitor facilities, deter threats, and protect people and property in a fixed 12PM–6PM shift. You will perform patrolling, incident reporting, and policy enforcement with a calm, professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes strong observation, conflict management, and excellent communication to handle inquiries and maintain safety in a busy environment. In-person work with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations diplomatically.
• Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
• Respond effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Document incidents accurately through detailed reports for future reference and action
• Enforce facility policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries courteously while maintaining security standards
