Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
• Must be able to complete additional training required.
• Possess a Current California Driver's License and have No DMV points against them.
• Be at least 18 Years Old.
• Able to pass Job Physical examination, if required.
• Possess sufficient skills to operate cellphone and/or portable two-way radio.

Responsibilities

• Perform security foot patrols.
• Monitor site conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Communicate by using TrackTik Software for reporting on phones, tablets, or computers.
• Respond to alarms and notify police or fire department if needed.
• Verbal warning of violators of rules and access control at entry points.
• Monitor and deter theft and unauthorized access to property.
• Investigate and prepare incident reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees and visitors.
