Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year unarmed security officer experience.
• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Possess a valid California Driver's License with no DMV points.
• Be able to pass required training.
• Effective communication in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform security foot patrols
• Monitor site conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Communicate by TrackTik reporting using smartphones/tablets/computer
• Respond to alarms and notify police or fire department when needed
• Verbally warn violators of rule infractions
• Allow authorized persons to enter property and monitor access points
• Monitor and deter theft and enforce property removal
• Investigate and prepare incident reports on accidents and suspicions
• Maintain professional demeanor and assist customers, employees and visitors
