Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Rover patrols: foot or vehicle patrols to deter vandalism, theft, and suspicious activity.
• Gatehouse: greet drivers/guests, verify IDs, log visitors, control access.
• Front Desk: greet guests, provide customer service, monitor CCTV, distribute packages.
• Device Check: scan IMEI and verify against paperwork.
• North Dock: monitor high-value loads, count pallets, track outbound trucks.
• South Dock: count pallets, monitor dock doors, handle emails and records.
• Metal Detector: operate equipment and ensure only approved items enter.
• Tracker: keep track of high-value loads via software.
