Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an On-Call Unarmed Security Officer to patrol facilities in Mountlake Terrace, WA, and nearby Bellevue. The role requires flexibility across day, swing, and graveyard shifts with 6 unscheduled days, starting at $27.00 per hour.

You’ll perform basic security duties, patrols, and customer service while staying compliant with site post instructions. Candidates must have HS diploma, pass background checks, a valid driver’s license, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA Guard Card preferred.
• Must pass MVR & background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes.
• Have availability to work more than two shifts to cover where the operator needs you to be scheduled depending on coverage needs.

Hourly starting wage: $27.00/hr

Must be able to work in Mountlake Terrace, and Bellevue, Washington Area

Must be comfortable working different schedules and various posts at different sites.
