Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Ages: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location, entrances, and parking areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site contacts.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports per site procedures.
