IPSC is hiring Unarmed Security Guards to work Parking Lot Patrol in Philadelphia.

Pay Rate is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly.
- We now have Daily Pay , allowing you to access your earnings on demand!

-Unarmed Parking Lot Patrol-
3rd Shift - 12:00am-8:00am

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• At least 25 years of age

Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is a plus; training and uniform will be provided to the right candidate.

You will help prevent and deter crime through:

• Performing regular and random patrols of premises
• Reporting incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Controlling access when necessary
• Operating emergency equipment
• Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports
• Investigating property breaches

You must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible schedule, available 7 days a week
• Reliable transportation
• Active cellphone
• 21 years or older
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform routine foot patrols

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

• Effective communication skills, especially in emergencies
• Ability to read and interpret written information
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle if required
• Ability to detect sounds relevant to emergencies
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit
• Lift at least 50 lbs waist-high if necessary
• Good mental health and decision-making skills during emergencies
• Meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers, either armed or unarmed
