IPSC is hiring Unarmed Security Guards for Parking Lot Patrol in Philadelphia.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. We now offer Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings on demand.

Position Details: On-Call, Unarmed Parking Lot Patrol, Shift: 00:00-24:00, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and candidates must be at least 25 years old. Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is a plus; training and uniform will be provided to the right candidate.

Your duties will include:

• Performing regular and random patrols of premises
• Reporting security incidents or hazards
• Performing control procedures when necessary
• Operating emergency equipment
• Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports
• Investigating property breaches

Candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Sound communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, 7 days a week availability
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone
• At least 21 years old
• Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform foot patrols

Physical and Mental Job Requirements

• Effective communication skills for emergencies
• Ability to read and interpret written information
• Ability to operate a vehicle if required
• Ability to detect sounds relevant to emergencies
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit
• Lift at least 50 lbs if required
• Good mental health to make quick decisions in emergencies
• Must meet state licensing requirements for security officers
