Job summary

Peralta Associates & Defense is seeking full-time Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Temecula, CA. The role involves patrolling client premises, reporting incidents, and delivering excellent customer service while following site-specific procedures.

Qualified candidates have a valid California Guard Card, Power to arrest certificate, and Use of Force certificate, with high school diploma or GED. Compensation is $23–$24 per hour, with paid training and holidays, sick leave, and equal

Qualifications

Requires valid California Guard Card.
Power to arrest certificate required.
Appropriate Use of Force certificate required.
Remaining 32 hours of training to complete.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents calmly and report them as needed.
Patrol the site on foot and identify potential dangers or criminal activity.
Report suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement.
Maintain accurate reports documenting observations and incidents.
Issue verbal warnings and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
Adapt to various working environments and conditions.
