OPS Security Group is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for multiple shifts in Pennsauken, NJ. Positions include part-time and full-time roles with set shifts on weekends and weekdays.

The role focuses on high-end customer service, access control, and incident reporting while ensuring safety and security across client sites. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJ DL, have a high school diploma or GED, pass a background check and drug screening, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end customer service.
• Respond to emergencies and deter crime.
• Perform ingress/egress control and monitor CCTV.
• Investigate incidents and complete logs/reports.
• Conduct regular patrols by foot or vehicle.
• Maintain professional rapport with clients and guests.

Unarmed Security Officer- Multiple shifts

Job Summary
In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO’s may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. Additionally PSOs may be asked to work with a firearm. The PSOs mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service. PSOs represent the front line of our security services.

Schedule: Multiple options
Part time and Full time
Shifts:
Saturday , Sunday = 3p-11p
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday= 7:30a-6:30p
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Rate: 18:50/hr

Job Duties / Essential Functions

• Delivering high end customer service
• Responding to emergencies
• Deterring and preventing crime
• Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
• Investigating incidents
• Completing daily logs and incident reports
• Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
• Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers
• De-escalating conflicts
• Detaining suspects
• Monitoring CCTV cameras
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

• Current and valid DL
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Extensive use of force knowledge
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
