Job summary

OPS Security Group is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for multiple shifts at our New Castle, Delaware location. This full-time role involves working morning or overnight shifts with various day options.

The officer will protect people, information and property while delivering high-end customer service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of security and customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• At least two years of security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Must obtain state security officer license.
• Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check, urinalysis, and OPS training.

Job Summary / Job Purpose

PSOs represent the front line of our security services. In this role Physical Security Officers (PSOs) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO’s may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. The PSO ’ s mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service.
