Job summary

Pulmus7 is hiring an experienced Unarmed Security Agent in Aventura to safeguard a residential/office building. This full-time role requires vigilance in monitoring premises and responding to emergencies, ensuring a secure environment for all.

The candidate must possess a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Previous security experience is advantageous, and successful completion of Pulmus7 Basic Training is mandatory. Qualifications

• Previous Military, Law Enforcement and Government Agency experience is an advantage.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass criminal/background check and drug test.
• Physically capable of working extended periods, kneeling, carrying, bending, etc.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and protect a residential/office building.
• Vigilantly patrol and monitor the grounds.
• Enforce access controls and respond to emergencies.
• Utilize surveillance systems to maintain safety.
