Pulmus7 is hiring an experienced Unarmed Security Agent in Aventura to safeguard a residential/office building. This full-time role requires vigilance in monitoring premises and responding to emergencies, ensuring a secure environment for all.

The candidate must possess a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Previous security experience is advantageous, and successful completion of Pulmus7 Basic Training is mandatory. Qualifications

Position Summary

As an Unarmed Security Agent for our residential/office building, your paramount role is to safeguard the welfare and security of students, staff, and visitors within the premises. Vigilantly patrolling and monitoring the grounds, you will maintain a safe atmosphere by enforcing access controls, promptly responding to emergencies, assessing potential risks, and utilizing surveillance systems. Your approachable demeanor will reassure visitors and residents, while your adherence to SOPs and protocols, and your readiness to respond to imminent threats, will contribute to a secure business continuity environment. Collaborative communication with stakeholders/building office, and participation in ongoing training will further elevate the safety measures you uphold, fostering a positive and secure setting for all.

Schedule

Daily from 10 pm to 3 am.

Requirements

• Previous security‑related work experience.
• Working knowledge of basic security techniques.
• Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Class D License.
• Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed.
• A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required.
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license.
• Strong command of the English language (Others are an advantage).
• High Self‑Confidence balanced with a reasonable amount of humility, strong leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills, very proactive, and outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
• Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training.
