Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) in Beverly Hills, CA. You will patrol and safeguard clients, maintain a visible security presence, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors and staff by following security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office buildings, parking areas, lobbies, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; direct guests and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and communicate information during shift transitions.
