Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol, CPR Certified) in Houston, TX. The role involves patrolling commercial properties, ensuring safety, and delivering professional customer service to tenants and visitors.

You will maintain a visible security presence, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in accordance with site policies. The position requires at least 2 years of security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and personnel per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and parking areas to report issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors, reporting suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per site requirements.
