Job summary

Allied Universal in Tustin, CA is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Unarmed Building Foot Patrol. You will monitor and safeguard client sites, support access control, assist visitors and employees, and document activities with tablets.

Qualifications

• Computer or tablet use experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
