Enterprise Security Services Corporation is seeking dependable and attentive Unarmed Security Officers to support security operations at client properties in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and surrounding service areas. Qualifications

• Meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements for Virginia unarmed security work.
• Hold the required Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) registration, or be prepared to complete the applicable training and registration process in accordance with Virginia requirements.
• Successfully complete required background screening.
• Communicate clearly and interact professionally with clients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Maintain good observation skills and exercise sound judgment.
• Be able to stand, walk, and remain attentive for extended periods.
• Have reliable transportation to reach assigned work locations, including when assignments vary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an attentive security presence at assigned client locations.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and observe buildings, entrances, parking areas, and other designated spaces.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors with directions or site-related questions.
• Recognize and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and unusual activity.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies while following site-specific instructions.
• Notify supervisors, management, or emergency services when circumstances require escalation.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Follow company policies, client requirements, and instructions provided by supervisory personnel.
