Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of verifiable experience acceptable.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) where applicable.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and document incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may pose security or safety risks.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rules and prevent unauthorized access or removal of property.
• Control entry points and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
