Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories per law.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and deliveries; report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence.
