Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a security professional to observe and report activities at an assigned client site, patrolling for safety and enforcing site regulations. The role involves standing for most of the workday and requires reliable transportation and a valid NYS Security Guard License.

Schedule includes Saturday 0700-1500 and Sunday-Wednesday 1500-2300 (40 hrs). Up to USD $19.00/hr. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, life insurance, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Up to USD $19.00/Hr.
