Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Bridgeport, PA. You will patrol, deter incidents, monitor access, and communicate professionally with personnel and visitors.

This role requires a customer‑focused approach, integrity, and a calm, problem‑solving mindset in a fast‑paced logistics environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, vehicle access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing visitor and driver activity, and reporting irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate to appropriate contacts or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in a professional manner.
