Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and safety of clients’ property and personnel.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures.
• Remain attentive and alert, recording and reporting incidents.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and provide superior customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid guard card/license as required by the state.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• For driving positions: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least one year of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
