As a Clarion Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients' property and personnel. Your duties include understanding site-specific policies and procedures, maintaining alertness, recording and reporting incidents, participating in emergency response procedures, and providing superior customer service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.
• Obtain, hold, and maintain a valid guard card/license, as required in the state of employment.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Driving Positions: must possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Basic computer skills to operate relevant technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical capabilities include:
• Working in various environments such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
• Standing or walking on various surfaces for extended periods.
