Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our Salem team. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, professional presentation, and vigilant security skills to deter crime and protect clients across commercial sites.

Requirements include being at least 21, active Guard Card, clean background, ability to pass a drug screen, and willingness to work a flexible 7-day roster. Daily Pay is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Professional presentation
• Ability to work in a team or solo and on a flexible 7-day roster
• 21 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform patrols

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and random patrols of multiple premises
• Report security-related incidents and hazards
• Execute control procedures when necessary and operate emergency equipment
• Document nightly operations and file weekly reports
• Investigate breaches of property
