Job summary

Doyle Security Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to observe and report activities at a client site, ensuring the safety of property and personnel.

The role requires standing for long periods and involves regular site tours and adherence to site regulations. Shifts are Monday to Thursday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with responsibilities including securing premises, monitoring surveillance, and completing detailed incident reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
