Allied Universal is seeking an Experienced Unarmed Security Officer to protect client sites across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more in Cincinnati. You will provide frontline security, enforce site policies, and respond to incidents with a calm, professional approach.

The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance, and adherence to procedures while performing patrols and coordinating with clients and supervisors to maintain safe environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
