Peralta Associates & Defense in Chula Vista, CA is seeking full-time Unarmed Security Officers to protect client sites, patrol premises, and report incidents. You’ll deliver excellent customer service while following safety procedures and site policies. A valid California Guard Card, power to arrest, and use-of-force certificates are required, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills.
• Patrol the site on foot to identify potential dangers or criminal activity.
• Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports by documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Issue verbal warnings, make arrests (if applicable), and/or contact law enforcement for security violations or criminal activities.
• Adapt to various working environments and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

• Conduct regular observation of client premises and report any suspicious activity.


• Perform foot patrols, monitor the perimeter, and handle incident reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid California Guard Card required.

• Remining 32hours of the training.


• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
