Qualifications

• 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial services location by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations and incidents.
