Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license needed for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution per policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities; communicate findings to leadership and clients.
