Prosegur in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer - Airport guarding to help safeguard airport operations and travelers. The role requires strict TSA/compliance adherence and to manage mail/cargo handling processes with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, can pass a 10-year background check for an Airport ID, and can work evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 10 year background check to obtain an Airport ID.
• This position requires a valid Driver's License and pass an MVR check and USPS clearance to handle mail and operate equipment.
• Previous experience with forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Must be thorough and exercise sound, independent judgement.
• May be exposed to high levels of noise or variations in weather and temperature.
• Available to work evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with others and interact appropriately.

Physical Requirements: This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Agents must be able to:

• Walk and stand for extended periods
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all operations
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
