Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks an Unarmed Security Officer for Seattle, WA. You will monitor entrances, assist visitors, and perform access control with a focus on safety and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and document observations per procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate maintenance concerns to the right team.
