Prosegur Security - Full-Time Access Control Officer (Miami)

Prosegur Security is seeking dedicated Full-Time Access Control Officers in Miami who possess a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. This vital role involves safeguarding our clients and their assets.

Shift Details

1. Overnight Shifts

Schedule #1: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 40 hours/week

Schedule #2: Friday to Monday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 32 hours/week

Compensation

Starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
• Enforcing access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the property
• Monitoring operational procedures and maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and guests
• Writing reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Monitoring and authorizing vehicle and pedestrian access
• Ensuring all entry/exit gate equipment is operational
• Periodically checking surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful acts
• Submitting daily surveillance and activity reports
