St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an alert Unarmed Security Officer for the Harrisburg Regional Office, located in Bethel, PA.

The role involves patrolling assigned areas, monitoring activity, and delivering professional customer service to employees, clients, residents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, pass a background check and drug screen, and maintain a neat, professional appearance on a 1st shift (Mon-Fri 4:00am–12:00pm).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking lots, and restricted areas.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, potential hazards, and safety violations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Provide assistance to employees, guests, and visitors as needed.
• Prepare detailed and accurate daily activity, incident, and shift reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.
• Follow post orders and company policies with precision and integrity.
• Remain alert and attentive during all assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
