Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass drug screening at hire and periodically thereafter.
• No felony convictions as per state law.
• Must have a Michigan Driver License.
• Able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control to restrict site entry.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas on foot and by vehicle.
• Respond to emergencies and report hazards or incidents.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and verify employee/vendor identifications.
• Follow site post guidelines and complete required trainings.
