• Write clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Answer phone calls, greet employees, guests, and vendors, and provide assistance as needed.
• Contact local authorities or emergency services, such as law enforcement or the fire department, when appropriate.
• Escort personnel to and from facilities when required.
• Follow all client and TriCorps guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
