As a Clarion Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' property and personnel. You will follow site-specific policies and procedures, stay attentive and alert, record and report incidents, participate in emergency response procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to commute to Stanton, TN.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and interaction with customers, clients, and visitors.
• Obtain, hold, and maintain a valid guard card/license as required by the state.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license with at least one year of experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Basic computer skills to operate security technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical ability to:
• Work in various environments including cold, rain, snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
