M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to safeguard client facilities in Redwood City, CA. You will provide on-site leadership, supervise security personnel, and coordinate with client facility management to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures, evacuation protocols, Hazmat guidelines, fire safety, and incident reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with M1 Global’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage security-related equipment and patrol vehicles; ensure proper use and maintenance.
• Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams; maintain clear communication.
