M1 Global is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Menlo Park, CA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, monitoring CCTV systems, and reporting daily activities at an assigned post to ensure security and safety for clients and visitors.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. A state security license is preferred, and we assist in obtaining it.

• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; we can help you obtain it!
• Reliable transportation required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
