Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a security professional to provide protection and safety at the assigned site under supervision of Account Manager or Branch Manager.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, report disturbances, and prepare daily reports, ensuring compliance with policies and post orders. This on-site role requires willingness to work long hours and adapt to client-specific duties.

Responsibilities

• Protect client interests within the facility and safeguard employees and visitors' lives and property.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports as trained and submit to the proper contacts.
• Perform patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property per post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Report violations of policy and laws per Employee Handbook.
• Long hours of standing.
• Willingness to work extended hours.
• Additional client/post-specific duties may apply.

Job description

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties:

• Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
• Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
