Job summary

TriCorps is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Panama City Beach, FL to maintain safety for residents and guests at a gated community. A current Class D Security License is required, with a focus on reliability, strong communication, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to community entrances, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
• Provide a visible and professional presence to promote a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol community grounds to deter and detect potential safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service calls, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and management to support daily operations.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Follow all client and TriCorps procedures to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance.
