As a Clarion Unarmed Security Officer, you will ensure the security and safety of our clients' property and personnel. You will familiarize yourself with site-specific policies and procedures, remain attentive and alert, record and report incidents, participate in emergency response procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills to work in a team and interact with customers, clients, and visitors.
• Obtain, hold, and maintain a valid guard card/license as required by the state.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Driving Positions: Must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, have a clean driving record, and be able to operate a vehicle safely.
• Have basic computer skills to operate technology.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Able to:
• Work in various environments including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
